Termination of Coverage

Coverage will end if you discontinue payments, cease to be a member of the eligible classes or if the plan is discontinued.

If you terminate employment, you may convert your Family Protection Plus Group Decreasing Term Life Insurance to a Prudential individual life policy within 31 days following termination of employment.  Your spouse’s Dependent Term Life coverage may also be converted if you cease to be a member.
